Portugal has the most ambitious CO2 objective per capita. Our country intends to attain 7.6 tons of CO2 emissions per capita in 2010, the lowest goal in the 15-member country Europe. Simultaneously, it promotes the sustainability of the buildings with the National Energy Efficiency and Electric Mobility Plan.

O The National Energy Efficiency Plan (PNAEE) (PNAEE), with the commitment to achieve 20% energy efficiency by 2020, involves a series of measures to reduce energy consumption, maintaining the consumer satisfaction level.
